NBAA-BACE 2022 – Airtext Recap
In our show recap, Connor Pearce highlights the fantastic reception we received in Orlando. We loved meeting new customers and putting faces to names of those we have worked with remotely.
One of the most reassuring parts of the show was hearing directly from current users who stopped by to tell us how much they love the system—specifically that “it works well, and there are never any issues.”
We also saw significant interest from international attendees. We met pilots and owners from Mexico, Guatemala, France, and across Asia who are interested in using Airtext solutions in their home countries.
NBAA-BACE 2022 – Airtext Product Highlights
For those who couldn’t make it to the booth for a hands-on demo, our team recorded a walkthrough of the specific solutions we had on display.
Connor Pearce introduced our HD Moving Maps. These utilize iPads to offer a very high-resolution display of flight data as it happens. A unique feature of this system is the customization; users can upload a company logo or even a personal photo—like a family pet—to display on the screen.
Jonathan Pinson showcased our Bluetooth Handset. This device connects seamlessly to the system, allowing passengers to make clear phone calls from the back of the aircraft.
Christie Pinson gave us a closer look at the Airtext LT+.
- Functionality: Enables email and text messaging.
- Form Factor: It is a “loose accessory,” meaning it doesn’t require complex installation.
- Setup: It utilizes the Iridium satellite network. You simply suction cup the antenna to the windshield, hook it up to the box, and you are ready to communicate.
As our booth display stated: If you are looking to stay connected when you want, with whom you want, at minimal cost, worldwide, Airtext is the solution for you.

Airtext Products on Display
Many products for inflight text messaging and phone calls were available for hands-on demonstration.
Our Moving Map product was a major visual highlight, featured prominently in a Cessna Sovereign mock-up located in the Textron booth. This installation gave potential buyers a realistic view of how the high-definition map integrates into a luxury cabin environment.
Airtext Trade Show Booth
We had a 10-foot x 20-foot space packed with technology. Visitors to the Airtext and Send Solutions booth learned about our core products as well as some new inventions we have planned for 2023.
The booth featured large-scale displays of our “Connected” philosophy, emphasizing our ability to provide global coverage at a minimal cost.
Conclusion
NBAA 2022 was a great success. We talked to hundreds of business jet owners and performed hands-on demonstrations of our products for many new people.
